Mike Stavropoulos, 

SPHR, is the founder and President of HR Mpact, a human resource consulting company located in Memphis, Tennessee. He has also served as President and CEO of a technology company and President and COO of a manufacturing company. Barbara Richman, SPHR, is a Senior Consultant with HR Mpact, a human resource consulting firm. She joined the company after a 27-year career in human resources at the nation’s largest three-service utility, Memphis Light, Gas, and Water Division. While at MLGW, she served as Manager of Labor Relations for over 10 years and had involvement in strategic decisions impacting the overall organization.
